Returns must be claimed within 15 days of original delivery date.

Please contact info@geegeebae.com or click here with your order number within 15 days upon receiving your package. A Return Authorization(RA) # and return label will be issued in 2-3 business days. Items returned without an RA# will not be accepted.

• Refunds: Merchandise must be returned within 3 days upon receiving your RA #. Refunds(minus the $9 return shipping/restocking fee) will be issued in the method of original payment within 2-3 business days of receipt at Geegeebae's warehouse. Please allow an additional 2-10 days for your bank to post the refund to your account.
• Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item(s) using the above method for a refund(minus $9 return shipping/restocking fee) and place a new order.

All merchandise must have its original tags and be in new condition(unworn, unwashed, free of any alterations or damages) to be eligible for a return. Please enclose a copy of the original invoice and write the RA# on the outside of your original package. Customers are responsible for the $9 return shipping/restocking fee. Customers using their own method of return shipping will receive a refund minus a $3 restocking fee. All shipping fees are non-refundable.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders.
